Dates, honey, oats and shredded coconut transformed into one delicious pizza crust, topped with our creamy Frozen Yogurt, chocolate shavings and caramel sauce. The perfect no-bake treat for all occasions.

Ingredients:

Blueberry Filling

  • 8 cups fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Almond Oat Crumble

  • ¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown or coconut sugar
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup sweet rice flour (mochiko)
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ½ cup vegan butter, melted

Preparation Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix all dry crumble ingredients (except sliced almonds).
  • Add melted vegan butter, mix until crumbly, then stir in almonds.
  • Toss blueberries, sugar, tapioca flour, and lemon juice in a baking dish.
  • Crumble topping evenly over the blueberries.
  • Bake 50–55 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Cool slightly, then serve warm.
