For years, I watched high-achievers, especially women, push through stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm—always taking care of others but rarely pausing for themselves. I’ve been there, too.
As a former HR Professional and Performance Coach, I experienced firsthand the pressures of corporate life. But when I developed severe food intolerances, low energy, brain fog, and sleep issues, my well-being took a hit. Conventional medicine didn’t have the answers I needed, so I took my health into my own hands.
Through holistic lifestyle changes, I transformed my digestive health, reversed mild PCOS, and reclaimed my energy, mental clarity, and vitality. That experience led me to dive deeper into the world of nutrition, functional breathing, stress mastery, and self-care—and I never looked back.

Inspired by my own wellness journey, I founded Breathwork Barista. Through breathwork experiences and a group integration coaching community, I guide individuals to tap into their body’s innate ability to heal, manage stress, and unlock their highest potential. Using a combination of breathing techniques and disciplines, layering in additional therapeutic elements including music, aromatherapy, voice activation, sound healing, and energy work to create a deeper, more integrated experience. This multisensory approach addresses the whole person, body, mind, heart, emotions, and your soul creating a container for profound healing and transformation that goes beyond what any single modality can offer.
This practice creates an altered state of consciousness that helps you process deep layers of pain, trauma, and repressed emotions, access clarity, and build resilience, liberating energy within you to heal, transform, and connect with your highest self.
